ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER

Job DescriptionDevelop manage and update detailed BIM models (LOD 300-500) for architectural components throughout design and construction stages.Collaborate with architects engineers and other disciplines to ensure accurate model integration and coordination.Prepare and organize BIM deliverables including drawings schedules and clash detection reports.Ensure BIM models adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) company standards and local authority regulations (e.g. Dubai Municipality Abu Dhabi DMT).Participate in coordination meetings and resolve clashes or model discrepancies.Support project teams with BIM-related technical guidance and troubleshooting.Assist in creating and maintaining Revit families and BIM libraries according to project requirements.Provide input to design development and construction documentation phases.Key QualificationsBachelors Degree in Architecture or related field.Minimum of 7 years of overall experience in architectural BIM modeling.At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in the UAE working for well‑known design consultancy firms in the GCC.Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit with knowledge of Navisworks AutoCAD and BIM 360.Sound understanding of UAE building codes standards and approval processes.Ability to interpret and model from architectural and engineering drawings with minimal supervision.Strong communication collaboration and organizational skills.Experience with large‑scale commercial residential or mixed‑use projects.Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM documentation workflows.Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g. Enscape Lumion) is a plus.Available to join immediately.Vertical: Digital Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
