ResponsibilitiesReview and verify consultants’ payments; review, verify and prepare the approval form on consultants’ additional services.Prepare the RFP for all types of consultancy services, issue it to consultants, obtain the proposals, review the proposals and prepare the comparison sheet along with technical and commercial report, and prepare the LOA and contract agreement.Prepare detailed cost analysis for each project based on consultants’ monthly cost report.Review and process contractors’ payments after verification of contract terms such as insurances, bonds, and variations.Review and verify consultants’ recommendations regarding contractors’ claims, variations, extension of time, and prepare the contractual entitlement for approval.Review consultants’ tender evaluation reports on the main tender packages and liaise with consultants for tender clarifications.Prepare and maintain change control logs for monitoring the payments and variations of contractors and consultants.Obtain quotations for maintenance works, review and prepare the comparison sheet for management approval.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.3-5 years’ experience with a consulting firm in a similar role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
