An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Arbitration Associate to join a leading international law firm in Dubai.This role sits within a highly regarded disputes team, advising on complex, high-value international arbitration matters across the Middle East and beyond. The team is particularly well known for its work on major construction and infrastructure disputes.The RoleYou will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of international arbitration matters, including commercial and investor-state disputes. The caseload will involve large-scale, multi-jurisdictional matters, often with significant technical complexity.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising clients on international arbitration proceedings under major institutional rules (e.g. ICC, LCIA, DIAC)Supporting and leading on complex disputes from inception through to hearingDrafting submissions, witness statements, and expert reportsManaging document-heavy cases and coordinating with experts and counselEngaging directly with clients, experts, and arbitral tribunalsCandidate ProfileQualified lawyer with 3+ years’ PQE in international arbitrationExperience gained at a leading international or well-regarded regional firmStrong academic backgroundExcellent drafting and analytical skillsExperience working on complex construction and infrastructure disputesFamiliarity with delay analysis, technical issues, and quantum-related aspects of disputesExposure to Middle East matters or an interest in the regionAdditional language skillsWhy Apply?Work on some of the most significant arbitration matters in the regionJoin a collaborative, high-performing international teamGain exposure to high-profile clients and cross-border workCompetitive tax-free salary and benefits package#J-18808-Ljbffr
