Join us to reshape knowledge sharing and thrive on new challenges.What you will be doingContract Review: Thoroughly review draft and negotiate all kinds of commercial contracts including NDAs, MOUs, SLAs, and MSAs to ensure compliance with legal and company standards, identifying potential risks and issues.Contract Management: Maintain and organize a repository of contracts, tracking key milestones, renewals, and other important dates.Legal Compliance: Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Contract Negotiation: Assist in contract negotiations as needed, drafting amendments or revisions to protect the company\'s interests.Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams and other stakeholders to clarify contract-related inquiries and ensure alignment with business needs.Research & Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the SaaS industry and provide input on contract terms based on industry trends.Process Improvement: Assist in enhancing internal legal workflows, contract templates, and compliance policies to improve efficiency.What you will bring24 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role, ideally within a tech company or SaaS environment.Bachelors degree in Law; Common law qualification preferred.Strong understanding of contract law and experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ready to Join UsIf you\'re a detail-oriented, proactive legal professional looking for an exciting opportunity in a scaling SaaS company, we would love to hear from you!Remote Work: NoEmployment Type: Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
