A globally recognized innovator in the design, engineering, and manufacture of category leading high-performance loudspeakers, digital mixers, power amplifiers, audio processors, digital cinema solutions, and the Q-SYS™ software-based audio, video and control Ecosystem.To strengthen our MEA team in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a full-time:ResponsibilitiesProvide applications support and QSC Training content to the MEA market.Ensure the highest level of customer experience whilst identifying solutions to software and hardware issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including programming, commissioning and network configuration.Track and monitor system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. product managers).Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers whilst ensuring all issues are logged and accordingly.Manage the follow up procedure to ensure systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.Maintain and build an excellent relationship with customers and end users.In conjunction with the product development teams participate in market research, competitor and customer surveys.Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance.QualificationsEducation to degree level or qualification in industry relevant field such as sound engineeringProven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, installation Engineer, Commissioning Technician or similar roleStrong experience in supporting audio visual or IT infrastructure services is keyCommercially astute with the ability to understand a complex sales processProven expertise managing complex systems within a corporate AV/IT environmentSupported products and services NOT exclusively based on hardwareSupported products and services to Tier 1 integrators and end usersCapable of working with Visio and Autocad, as well as EASE Focus/Address.Well organised to manage conflicting prioritiesExcellent problem-solving skills individually and as part of a teamStrong people management and leadership skillsConfident and engaging presentation skillsExcellent communication skills – with the ability to translate technical information for all types of audiencesExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)Fluent Arabic language skills (both verbal and written) would be an additional benefitWe offerA varied task in an internationally very successful companyThe opportunity to actively shape a global companyAn attractive salary package#J-18808-Ljbffr
