Position: AI Content & Automation Specialist (AI Tools + Workflow + Systems)Company: Elchai GroupLocation: DubaiOverviewWe are looking for an AI-driven operator who can actively build, connect, and optimize systems using AI tools across our business.This is not a content creator role.This is a hands-on execution role.What you will doUse multiple AI platforms (text, image, video, automation) to support real business operationsBuild workflows between tools (AI + CRM + email + social + website)Support content creation, but with a focus on performance and scalabilityImprove processes across marketing, internal operations, and digital channelsTest and implement new AI tools to increase efficiency and outputTrack results and optimize based on data (conversion, time saved, output quality)Required skillsStrong practical knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.)Ability to connect tools into workflows (Zapier, Make, APIs, or similar)Understanding of digital marketing systems (funnels, email, landing pages)Ability to turn ideas into working systems, not just conceptsAnalytical mindset (you look at data and improve performance)This role is NOT forSocial media managers onlyPure content creatorsPeople who only “know AI tools” but have never implemented real workflowsRequired application taskTo apply, you must submit:1.
