Ai ML Engineer

OverviewWe are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry, to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning data analysis and automation to enhance business processes, optimize property listings and improve customer insights.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and train machine learning models for property valuation, lead scoring and predictive analytics.Analyze real estate market trends and customer behavior using AI-driven insights.Optimize search and recommendation algorithms for property listings.Implement AI-based chatbots and automation tools to enhance customer experience.Work with big data from property databases and CRM systems to improve decision making.Deploy and maintain machine learning models using cloud platforms or on-premise solutions.Collaborate with real estate, sales, marketing and IT teams to develop AI-powered solutions.Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards.RequirementsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML development with a strong preference for candidates with real estate experience.Proficiency in Python, R or Java and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-Learn.Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering and model optimization.Familiarity with real estate CRMs, property listing platforms and market trend analysis is a plus.Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience developing AI solutions for real estate pricing, customer engagement or property analytics.Knowledge of computer vision for image recognition in real estate listings.Familiarity with AI-driven marketing automation tools.Certifications in AI/ML or cloud computing are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
