AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in CRM systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing and implementing AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with CRM platforms.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement AI solutions tailored for CRM systems to automate workflows, predict customer behavior, and optimize business operations.Analyze CRM data and provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing CRM platforms.Develop machine learning models and algorithms to support sales, marketing, and customer support initiatives.Maintain and update AI systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI-driven processes within the CRM system.Stay up-to-date with AI technologies, tools, and best practices in CRM and real estate applications.Document AI solutions, workflows, and processes clearly for internal teams.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar).Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications.Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable business solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the real estate sector, including property management systems, listings, or sales processes.Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or chatbot development for CRM.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CRM integrations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
