Job Title: Agriculture Nursery ManagerLocation: United Arab Emirates (UAE)Reports To: Industry: Urban Landscaping AgricultureEmployment Type: Full-Time Senior LevelPosition SummaryOur client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Agriculture Nursery Manager to lead and optimize their 10 hectare nursery that acts as the backbone of the urban landscaping company in the UAE.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all nursery operations including planting, propagation, fertilization, irrigation, pruning and transplanting.Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures.Train, guide and supervise nursery staff and workers.Maintain records of plant production, inventory and sales (if applicable).Ensure proper use and maintenance of agricultural tools, equipment and irrigation systems.Implement best practices in sustainable nursery management.Plan production schedules to meet demand requirements.Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.Prepare reports and updates for management regarding nursery performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree/diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture or related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in nursery, plantation or farm management.Experience with landscaping projects in the UAE.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive executive salary (tax-free).Performance-based bonuses.Housing and transportation allowance.Annual air tickets and medical insurance.Primus Workforce is committed to equity employment for women, Aboriginal people, visible minorities, veterans and persons with disabilities.
