Agentic AI Architect

**Job Summary** Synechron is seeking a skilled and innovative Agentic AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced agentic AI systems. In this critical role, you will leverage cutting-edge frameworks and technologies to build scalable, cloud-native AI platforms that enable autonomous reasoning, multi-step planning, and intelligent system integrations. Your expertise will directly contribute to transforming business processes and delivering innovative solutions across various industries.**Software Requirements** **Required Skills:*** Proficiency in agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, MetaGPT (latest stable versions)* Experience with Camel AI or Apache Camel (latest versions) for routing and mediation* Strong expertise in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, including containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes* Programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java (Camel DSL)* API development and integration skills using REST and gRPC**Preferred Skills:*** Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and multimodal AI systems* Knowledge of plugin/tool execution pipelines (e.g., ReAct pattern)* Familiarity with vector stores, episodic memory, and context-aware agent design**Overall Responsibilities*** Architect and implement scalable agentic AI solutions leveraging frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.* Integrate Camel AI for intelligent message routing, event-driven orchestration, and multi-agent communication.* Design modular, cloud-native architectures adhering to microservices principles, preferably on AWS or Azure, using Docker and Kubernetes.* Enable and facilitate multi-agent cooperation through established protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent).* Lead backend orchestration efforts with programming languages including Python, Node.js, or Java, ensuring robust and maintainable codebases.* Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration via REST and gRPC APIs.* Optimize system performance, scalability, and security for enterprise-grade deployments.* Mentor engineering teams, promote best practices for agentic workflows, and foster innovation within the organization.**Technical Skills (By Category)** **Programming Languages (Required):*** Python, Node.js, Java (Camel DSL)**Databases/Data Management:*** Familiarity with vector stores, episodic memory, and scalable data architectures (preferred)**Cloud Technologies:*** AWS (ECS/EKS), Azure (AKS), containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes**Frameworks and Libraries:*** LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, MetaGPT**Development Tools and Methodologies:*** Agile, DevOps practices, API development (REST, gRPC)**Security Protocols:*** OAuth, RBAC, Identity management best practices for secure API development**Experience Requirements*** Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI system design, development, or related fields* Proven experience with agentic AI principles including autonomous reasoning, tool utilization, and multi-step reasoning* Hands-on experience with Camel AI or Apache Camel for system integration* Demonstrated ability to design cloud-native architectures and deploy enterprise solutions at scale* Industry experience in AI platform development, intelligent automation, or related areas preferred**Day-to-Day Activities*** Design and develop agentic AI solutions aligning with business needs* Lead integration efforts for messaging, orchestration, and multi-agent communication* Conduct regular code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, data scientists, and product managers* Document system designs, workflows, and best practices* Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering teams on emerging AI technologies and techniques* Participate in strategic planning for AI platform growth and innovation initiatives**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred* Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) are a plus* Successful completion of relevant training in AI frameworks or cloud-native development recommended* Commitment to continuous learning in emerging AI and cloud technologies**Professional Competencies*** Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills* Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities, with the ability to mentor and inspire technical teams* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains* Adaptability to evolving technologies and project requirements* Innovative mindset focused on delivering impactful AI solutions* Effective time management and prioritization in fast-paced environments.***S******YNECHRON’S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT***Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental
