Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.</p><h3>The Project</h3><p>The project is a major national programme facing a compressed schedule, maturing design, and complex stakeholder landscape. To meet delivery ambitions, the Client requires enhanced governance, strengthened programme controls, accelerated procurement, and immediate specialist support across advisory functions including:</p><ul><li>Innovation&Improvement - Identifies, promotes, and implements enhancements to existing team services, tooling, and operating models.</li><li>Strategic Advisory - partners with leadership to shape priorities, extract insights, and influence high-impact decisions.</li></ul><h3>You’ll Be Responsible For</h3><ul><li>Leads and supports commission delivery, managing outputs and contributing to complex commissions.</li><li>Manages a team of advisory assistants and assistant managers, driving performance, development, and coaching.</li><li>Coordinates team activities to deliver defined work packages efficiently.</li><li>Oversees proposal development, generating ideas and delivering all elements of commission delivery.</li><li>Builds strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders while driving continuous improvement.</li><li>Interprets complex research and analytics to identify issues, evaluate options, and advise on solutions.</li><li>Manages client and stakeholder engagement, project delivery of simpler assignments, resource planning, and documentation.</li></ul><h3>You’ll Need To Have</h3><ul><li>Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.</li><li>Understanding components of one specific sector (policy, strategy, client environment) related to property or infrastructure.</li><li>Experience in a consultancy or technical environment</li><li>Data analysis and research skills.</li></ul><h3>Our values</h3><p><b>Safety first - Going home safe and well:</b>We champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of wellbeing in every team.</p><p><b>Client focus - Deliver on our promise:</b>We own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long term relationships with our clients.</p><p><b>Integrity - Always do the right thing:</b>We influence positive outcomes within our industry, while always aligning with our compliance obligations.</p><p><b>Create opportunity - For our people to excel:</b>We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.</p><p>Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
