Our dynamic international team drives impactful digital solutions and supports global business operations from our Dubai base.Role OverviewThe Admin Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily administrative operations, including office coordination and documentationHandle internal and external correspondence (emails, calls, letters) in a professional mannerPrepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, and filing systems (digital and physical)Assist with travel arrangements, visas, accommodation, and expense claims where requiredCoordinate with vendors, service providers, and building managementSupport HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks such as equipment preparation for new hires, office expenses and invoice processingEnsure compliance with company policies and local regulationsAssist with ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned by managementRequirements & QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English languageProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionDetail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independentlyExperience working in a fast‑growing or international company is a plusPreferred SkillsChinese language proficiency (Mandarin) is a mustExperience supporting senior managementFamiliarity with HR or finance administrative processesExperience in tech, fintech, or startup environmentsStrong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and emergency response capabilities.Detail‑oriented, highly responsible, and service‑minded, with strong teamwork awareness.Solid understanding of local laws, regulations, and administrative policies in Dubai.#J-18808-Ljbffr
