Job DescriptionECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Arabic Speaker Female) to join our team in Qatar. This full-time, permanent position ill provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of daily office activities. The role requires a high level of organization, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion while supporting management and internal teams.Perform daily administrative duties, including filing, documentation, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars for management and senior staff, and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and internal communications as required.Maintain office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.Assist with onboarding documentation and general HR-related administrative tasks when needed.Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations and provide general administrative support to the team.Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Required ProfileWe are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications to excel in this role:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field..Minimum of4years of experience in an administrative or office support role.Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a front-office or client-facing role.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in a corporate, financial, or professional services environment is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Fluency in English andArabic( written and spoken )
