Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision, ensuring optimal time management.Prepare and disseminate meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items, ensuring effective communication and task completion.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication.Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring seamless and efficient travel logistics.Assist with the preparation of expense reports and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Provide administrative support for special projects and events, contributing to their successful execution.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion and professionalism.#J-18808-Ljbffr
