Role PurposeTo centrally control reconcile and govern all treasury-related activities across cluster hotels ensuring consistent cash bank forex and credit card controls accurate allocation of receipts and timely reporting while maintaining strict segregation of duties at property level.Core Responsibilities (Cluster Scope)Treasury Governance & ControlOwn cluster-wide treasury policies SOPs and control matricesEnforce standardized cash handling banking and reconciliation processesMonitor compliance related across all properties and flag deviations immediatelyAct as escalation point for treasury-related control breachesBank & Cash OversightReview and approve daily and monthly bank reconciliations for all hotelsMonitor consolidated bank balances and cash movementsIdentify unusual trends delays or risks across the clusterCoordinate with banks for confirmations settlements and escalationsCredit Card & VCC ControlOversee credit card and VCC reconciliations across all merchant IDsValidate commission rates settlement timelines and contract complianceMonitor chargebacks disputes and unreconciled balances cluster-wideLead discussions with banks PSPs and corporate finance teamsPayment Allocation & Receivables GovernanceSupervise accurate allocation of receipts across all hotelsMonitor unapplied cash suspense and clearing accountsEnforce aging thresholds and resolution timelinesEnsure clean AR and treasury balance sheets at month-endReporting & Month-End ClosePrepare consolidated treasury dashboards for managementSupport audits with cluster-level schedules and reconciliationsSign off treasury sections of month-end packs before CDOF approvalPeople & Process ManagementProvide functional supervision to property-level AR/Treasury teamsDefine task allocation between cluster and propertiesSupport system enhancements and automation initiativesKPIs (Cluster)100% on-time reconciliation sign-off across all hotelsZero high-risk treasury audit findingsNo long-outstanding unapplied or suspense balancesAccurate and timely consolidated treasury reportingAuthority & LimitsReview and sign-off authority on reconciliationsEscalation authority to CDOFNo posting cash handling or adjustment execution at property level without approval.Qualifications :Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or CommerceMinimum 24 years of hotel finance experience in AR / TreasuryStrong working knowledge of PMS POS and accounting systems (Opera SunSystem)Experience with multi-currency handling and bank reconciliationsExposure to credit card VCC and OTA settlement processesSkills & CompetenciesStrong numerical accuracy and attention to detailSolid understanding of hotel cash flow and control environmentsAbility to reconcile high-volume transactions under tight deadlinesGood communication and coordination skillsHigh integrity and control-oriented mindsetAdditional Information :Diversity&Inclusionfor Accor means welcoming each and everyoneandrespecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities andskills in extending employment and development opportunities.
