This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, providing assistance to prepare financial statements, budgeting, and supervising accounting staff. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesAssistance for overseeing and managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.2) Reporting:Assistance for preparation and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Provide insights and recommendations to senior manager based on financial data.3) Compliance:Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.Coordinate with auditors for periodic audits.4) Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.Monitor actual performance against budget and report variances.5) Team Management:Supervise and mentor accounting staff.Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.6) Process Improvement:Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.RequirementsDegree: Bachelor’s Degree plus M.Com or related Master’s Degree (Compulsory)Experience: 2 Years (Preferred), Freshers can also applyWorking Days :6 Days in a weekApply NowFirst NameLast NameEmail IDPhone NumberNationalityUpload CVMessageLet Life Flow With Us!OFFICE LOCATION#J-18808-Ljbffr
