Relocation support is available if required.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage General Ledger (GL) activities end-to-endLead month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustmentsReview and perform balance sheet reconciliationsEnsure accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial statementsPrepare periodic financial statements and management reportsOversee accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and collectionsManage cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity forecastingSupport tax filings, VAT/withholding tax, and external auditsImprove accounting policies, processes, and internal controlsPartner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholdersRequirements5+ years of accounting experience, including ownership of GL and closePrevious experience in an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant role is a mustFluent Arabic speaker (mandatory); English proficiency requiredExperience with KSA accounting, VAT, or regulations is a strong plusBackground in technology, startup, or high-growth environments preferredBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldStrong Excel skills (reconciliations, reporting, analysis)Solid tax and audit experienceHigh attention to detail, structure, and accuracyAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder-management skillsAbout the companyAltivateSecurity noticeBe vigilant about potential scams, phishing attempts, or fraudulent activities, and seek credible sources or reviews to assess the trustworthiness of the company.
