Accountant & Financial Analyst Dubai & Sharjah (UAE)Location: Dubai / Sharjah, UAERelocation: Candidates must be open to relocating to Dubai.Notice Period: Immediate to 60-day notice period preferred.Interview Mode: Mandatory face-to-face interview in Dubai.Travel Reimbursement: Interview travel costs will be reimbursed.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant & Financial Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role involves supporting business decisions through accurate reporting and financial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost control.Assist in internal and external audits.Prepare tax filings and ensure timely submission as per regulations.Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors on financial matters.Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and reports.RequirementsBachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Mandatory).Minimum 3 – 7 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.Experience in UAE or GCC is preferred.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.Familiarity with accounting standards such as IFRS.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.Preferred SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).QualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (Mandatory).Minimum 3 – 7 years of UAE/GCC experience (as per company requirement).#J-18808-Ljbffr
