Account Manager

We are hiring an Account Manager to join a globally recognised business specialising in immersive and experiential technology. With a strong international presence, this organisation partners with major brands, retailers, and entertainment venues to deliver innovative, interactive experiences.The RoleAs an Account Manager, you will be a key member of the Client Services team, taking ownership of projects from initial brief through to final delivery.This is not a business development role. Instead, you will focus on managing and delivering approved opportunities, acting as the day‑to‑day client lead across pitching, contracting, and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects end-to‑end, from brief through to deliveryAct as the main point of contact for clients during pitch and delivery phasesSupport and execute pitch responses for inbound opportunitiesPrepare and submit RFI/RFP responses with accuracy and attention to detailMaintain client portals, vendor registrations, and documentation librariesCoordinate with internal creative and technical teams to meet deadlinesEnsure projects are delivered in line with expectations and agreed frameworksEscalate any commercial or scope changes where requiredRequirements3–5 years’ experience in Account Management or Client ServicesExperience within a project‑based environment (creative, experiential, digital, or production)Exposure to the GCC market (Arabic is advantageous)Experience working on RFI/RFP processes and pitch supportStrong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills (Figma is a plus)Highly organised, detail‑driven, and comfortable working under pressureA proactive, process‑led mindset with an interest in immersive or emerging technologies#J-18808-Ljbffr
