Account Manager, Dell - Logicom Distribution - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

<div><p>The Account Manager will handle the product account management functions related to the company’s strategic product lines and provide Pre‑Sales support (throughout the available presales tools and resources) of Dell’s products and solutions. The Account Manager will manage and develop existing and new clients, responding to customer requirements whilst achieving revenue and margin targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.</p><h3>Duties&Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Being responsible for the sales target for Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Executing against a comprehensive account plan for Enterprise accounts in region.</li><li>Establishing direct relation with large accounts.</li><li>Articulating compelling value propositions around Enterprise Solutions.</li><li>Working with Partners to extend reach and promote the brand in the territory.</li><li>Developing existing Channel Partners to improve coverage and overachieve sales target.</li><li>Identifying and hiring new Channel Partners to improve coverage.</li><li>Developing and executing a Sales Strategy to drive the identified opportunities to closure, so that targets are met or exceeded.</li><li>Working directly with representatives within the Pre‑Sales Team and Professional Services Organization to ensure proposed solution implementation/deployment services are estimated and positioned correctly.</li><li>Partnering with multiple stakeholders to align programs and initiatives to help drive the growth of your selling partners portfolio.</li><li>Managing relationships with Vendor and decision makers.</li><li>Aligning and collaborating with Partners to put right strategies in place.</li></ul><h3>Skills&Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Cybersecurity or other similar degree.</li><li>3+ years’ experience in KSA.</li><li>IT certifications, especially in IT security to be considered a strong additional advantage.</li><li>Experience selling enterprise servers and networking products.</li><li>Proficiency in deal closing, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proven sales/overachieving track record.</li><li>Direct field experience in working with large enterprise accounts.</li><li>Experience with channel management.</li><li>Ability to manage forecast/pipeline and reflect a true position with date driven deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills.</li><li>The person needs to be based in Saudi Arabia.</li></ul><h3>Remuneration</h3><p>An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.</p><p>Logicom is committed to provide equal employment opportunities for all regardless of their race, colour, sex/gender, religion, age, marital status, cultural background, disability, nationality and political opinion.
