Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients in the industrial sector (engines, heavy equipment, spare parts).This role is focused on closing deals, driving revenue, and protecting margins. You will own the client relationship from first contact to payment and be fully responsible for commercial results.Key Responsibilities:Manage clients from initial inquiry to deal closure and payment collectionIdentify customer needs and structure RFQs for internal sourcingLead commercial negotiations and close dealsMaintain strong follow-up discipline and push deals forwardEnsure margin control and prevent unnecessary discountingBuild long-term relationships and generate repeat businessMaintain accurate CRM records (pipeline, deals, follow-ups)Technical understanding is required: you must be able to understand client technical requests (engines, heavy equipment, spare parts) and communicate effectively with internal procurement and suppliersWhat You Will NOT Do:You will not search for suppliersYou will not manage logistics or shipmentsYou will not calculate procurement costsYour focus is clients, deals, and revenue.Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PMLocation: Dubai South (office-based)Skills3–7 years of experience in B2B sales (industrial / machinery / spare parts preferred)Strong negotiation and closing skillsUnderstanding of margin and profitabilityExperience with multi-step / international dealsCRM discipline (pipeline tracking, follow-ups, reporting)Russian language is required#J-18808-Ljbffr
