You will ensure the timely delivery of creative work, drive digital engagement strategies, and contribute to the commercial success of both the client and the agency.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands platform nuances, and can translate brand objectives into impactful social media strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage regional/local client accounts with a social media–driven strategyDevelop and present social media strategies, content plans, and campaign ideasAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfactionCoordinate with internal teams (creative, content, media) to deliver high-quality work on timeOversee content calendars, campaign rollouts, and platform-specific executionsMonitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise campaignsStay updated on social trends, platform updates, and audience behaviourBrief creative teams clearly with a strong understanding of digital and social requirementsReview and critique content to ensure it aligns with brand voice and platform best practicesIdentify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling digital and social servicesSupport new business pitches with social-first ideas and presentationsEnsure all deliverables meet scope, timelines, and quality expectationsBuild strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagementTrack budgets, media spends, and campaign performance accuratelyRequired Skills & Experience4–6 years of experience in advertising, digital, or social media agenciesStrong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts for brandsExperience in creating content strategies, influencer collaborations, and digital campaignsExcellent communication, presentation, and client management skillsAbility to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategiesStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesA collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teamsProactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approachQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldPrior experience in a media/digital agency is a mustWhat We’re Looking ForA social-native thinker who understands internet culture and trendsSomeone who can turn insights into engaging, conversation-driven contentA relationship builder who can confidently lead client conversationsA team player who brings energy, ideas, and ownership to the table#J-18808-Ljbffr
