Accommodation Supervisor

The candidate must be willing to reside in the company accommodation.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Facility Management, Administration, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accommodation or hostel supervision.Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.Ability to manage accommodation operations, including room allocation, inspections, and coordination with maintenance.Experience in handling staff complaints and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.Strong organizational and record-keeping skills (occupancy records, inventory, reports).Effective communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, reporting).Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of company policies, accommodation rules, and compliance requirements.Willingness to work flexible hours when requiredSkillsBasic computer skillsproblem-solvingStrong leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
