Our First Officers play a key role in supporting safe, disciplined and efficient flight operations, while contributing to a strong cockpit culture.With our first internal Command upgrade recently completed, we are committed to developing talent from within and offering clear progression pathways as our fleet and network expand.We are currently recruiting A320 First Officers for base opportunities in:Dubai, UAE (DWC)Malé, Maldives (MLE)Bahrain (BAH)ResponsibilitiesAssist the Captain in operating the aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on guest satisfactionMonitor the aircraft's systems and performance during all phases of flightHelp plan flight routes, considering weather, fuel requirements, and air traffic controlEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including flight operation manuals, checklists, and procedures set forth by Beond and the regulatory authoritiesPerform pre-flight checks and briefings, and ensure all documentation is complete and up to dateAssist with the preparation of detailed flight plans, taking into account aircraft performance and weatherMaintain communication with the Captain and ground personnel to ensure safe and efficient flight operationsRequirementsValid EASA/ICAO/FAA ATPL or CPL/IR with ATPL creditsCurrent A320 family type rating with the last date of flight within 3 monthsClass 1 Medical CertificateICAO English Level 4 (Level5 preferred)500 hours total flight time on A320 family aircraftBenefitsTravel benefit represents an estimated monthly equivalent.
