Job Description

Whats On Your PlateMonitoring and driving logistics performance regionally against a set of key performance indicators (KPIs).Refining and developing new performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress towards performance goals.Maintaining & improving a robust regional KPI framework and processes for OKR performance reviews reporting planning and forecasting cycle.Providing all data needed for performance improvement while supporting peers collaborating with markets and crossfunctional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve performance.Analyzing performance to identify trends and patterns to help inform decisionmaking by uncovering potential opportunities.Developing an adequate understanding of our logistics products and how to leverage their functionality to decrease operational frictions.Enhancing reporting and data availability for faster and more effective decision making for all markets.Creating monthly reports and presentations to communicate performance findings cost management and recommendations to management.Participating in strategic and tactical planning discussions.QualificationsTechnical Requirements24 years experience as a Data AnalystBachelors degree in STEM and economics backgrounds are highly preferred.Proficiency in SQL Big Query or similar languagesProficiency in data visualization and reporting tools including Tableau Data studio and LookerAbility to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reportsExperience in performance management or strategy developmentExperience in project management & dealing with crossfunctional teams is a plusDemonstrated TraitsUnderstands data architecture and data modelsStrong analytical acumen with the ability to gather and interpret data derive actionable insights and make datadriven decisions that directly impact business decisions.Ability to grasp complex concepts and apply them to your work / to the businessStrong problemsolving abilities; extremely organized and processdrivenTrack record of getting things done while managing a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities and managing expectations wellThinking outside of the box to predict and prevent the upcoming issuesGood stakeholder management skillsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
