3D Renderer – Architecture

OverviewWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Architectural Renderer to join a growing design-led team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for realism and composition capable of producing high-quality architectural visualisations that support concept design client presentations and marketing materials.The successful candidate will work closely with architects and designers to transform 2D drawings and conceptual ideas into compelling photorealistic visuals including aerial and street-level views for landmark projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality photorealistic 3D renderings for architectural projectsDevelop realistic aerial and street-view visualisationsTranslate 2D drawings CAD files and design concepts into detailed 3D visualsSet up scenes including lighting materials textures and camera anglesCollaborate closely with architects and designers to refine design intentSupport design presentations client reviews and marketing deliverablesMaintain organised file structures and rendering asset librariesDeliver visuals within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standardsRequirementsDiploma or Degree in Architecture Design 3D Visualisation or a related fieldMinimum 3 years professional experience in architectural visualisationExperience working within an architecture or design studio environment preferredStrong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic architectural renderingsAwareness of or willingness to learn and integrate AI tools within workflowsTechnical SkillsEssential Software:3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona RendererAdobe Photoshop (post-production)Working Knowledge Of:SketchUp Rhino or Revit (model import/export)Desirable:Unreal Engine Twinmotion or Lumion (animations and real-time rendering)Any additional software that produces high-quality architectural visuals Core CompetenciesStrong understanding of lighting materials textures and compositionExcellent sense of scale proportion and architectural detailHigh attention to realism and visual qualityAbility to work from rough sketches through to final renderComfortable receiving feedback and working collaborativelyStrong time management and ability to meet deadlines Key Skills Joomla,Customer Support,Interior Fit-Out,Client Services,Architecture Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 10000 - 15000
