This role contributes to requirement-gathering activities, provides architectural input for new solutions, and ensures all deliverables are reliable, secure, and scalable. It also involves troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing existing applications, and guiding junior team members. In addition, the analyst stays current with Low-Code/No-Code and AI trends and actively shares insights to help the team continuously improve its digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Support solutions designed in SharePoint Online.Develop and Support applications and automations developed using Power Platform, including creating automated workflows and processes using Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.Develop and Support dashboards and reports built with Power BI Cloud.Support the team during requirement gatherings and analysis phases for project or enhancement.Provide architectural input to the design of new solutions, with a focus on ensuring the design facilitates supportability, reliability, and maintainability.Provide operational support for different systems like DMS, Docusign, and other Enterprise grade SaaS and on-premises systems.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Stay updated with the latest trends in Low Code/No Code, and AI platforms, features and share knowledge within the team.Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.Support all applications under Digital Solutions team.Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.Ensure security best practices are implemented in all solutions.Perform all day-to-day technology related tasks assigned.Role Requirements and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Microsoft certifications (SharePoint Online, MS Azure, Power Platform, and AI Certifications) are highly desired.Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online.At least 3 years of hands-on experience in handling support tickets on ServiceNow.At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.Proficiency in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).Some experience in Azure Foundry and CoPilot Studio, with general know-how of Azure platform.Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or .NET, is highly preferable.Familiarity with Azure services is a plus.Strong understanding of databases and data modeling.Excellent stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Why Join UsOpportunities to work on transformative projects, cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions with leading global firms across industry sectors.Continuous investment in employee growth and professional development with a strong focus on up & re-skilling.Competitive compensation & benefits, ESOPs and international assignments.Supportive environment with healthy work-life balance and a focus on employee well-being.Open culture that values diverse perspectives, encourages transparent communication and rewards contributions.How to ApplyIf you are interested in joining our team and meet the qualifications listed above, please apply and submit your resume highlighting why you are the ideal candidate for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
