Secretary - Office of Student AffairsThis position supports the Office of Student Affairs team (Student Affairs, Student life, Athletics/Sports and Student Residential Life Department), managing administration and communication within Student Affairs and the university community, including faculty, staff, and students. It ensures inquiries and requests for documents and records are addressed efficiently, coordinates office functions, supports all projects and activities, and ensures deadlines are met. The role manages administration and communication in Student Affairs and the university community, addressing inquiries and requests for documents and records efficiently, coordinating office functions, supporting all projects and activities, ensuring deadlines are met, and documenting all activities for storage and retrieval.Minimum Qualification and EducationBachelor’s degree.Required Knowledge And SkillsHighly computer proficient with extensive demonstrated experience in numerous programsExcellent knowledge and proven experience in word processing and spreadsheet manipulationExtensive experience and expertise in organizing information and setting prioritiesExperience in setting scheduled appointments and ensuring priorities are completed in a timely mannerExcellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, working successfully with people having varied expectations for work qualityProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory; preferred experience in online graphic programs for program advertisementExcellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are mandatoryStrong office management skillsWork ExperienceMinimum 2–4 years’ experience in the secretarial/administration field; experience in a high‑stress environment managing numerous responsibilities simultaneouslyLanguage Proficiency RequiredFluent in English and Arabic.CompetenciesService ExcellenceProfessional Ethics and IntegrityProblem‑solvingTime ManagementTeamworkReporting lineAssociate Provost for Student Affairs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
