Supply Chain Executive

Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support and manage supply-related operations in our Dubai office. This role is ideal for a professional who can coordinate procurement, manage vendor relationships, and ensure smooth flow of materials and services within a dynamic business environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts when required.Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of office and operational supplies.Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with vendors and internal departments.Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supply chain activities.Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.Prepare reports on supply chain performance and inventory status.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles.Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain management systems.Good analytical and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Skills & Competencies:Strong coordination and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and accuracyTime management and planning abilitiesProblem‑solving mindsetAbility to work independently and in a teamAt Zapegg Tax Consultant, efficient supply chain management ensures smooth business operations and cost effectiveness.
