The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient Zoho-based solutions. This role involves automation, third-party integrations, ongoing support and thorough documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development, Customization & AutomationIntegration ManagementData Management & ReportingSystem Support & MaintenanceDocumentation & End-User SupportRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator and the Zoho One suite.Deluge Scripting: Strong proficiency in Deluge for workflows, custom function and automation.API & Integration: In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks and integrating Zoho with third-party platforms.Zoho Apps Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Zoho apps such as CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk, Analytics, Books, People and Projects.
