Workshop/Garage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop/Garage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive maintenance and repair, as well as excellent managerial and organizational skills. As the Workshop/Garage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop and garage, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance and support as neededMust have experience of dealing with UAE Insurance companiesDevelop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and servicedMonitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies and parts as neededEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and standardsMaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performedTroubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutionsConduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team membersCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projectsStay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in automotive technologyManage budget and expenses for the workshop/garageQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (Within UAE), preferably in a workshop or garage settingStrong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair techniquesExcellent leadership and communication skillsProven ability to manage and motivate a teamProficient in using computer software for record-keeping and inventory managementFamiliarity with UAE safety regulations and standardsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesValid driver's license and clean driving recordFluency in English, Arabic is a plusWe Offer:Competitive salary packageHealth insuranceAnnual leave and other benefits as per UAE labor lawOpportunities for growth and development within the companyA dynamic and collaborative work environmentIf you are a self‑motivated and results‑driven individual with a passion for the automotive industry, we would love to hear from you.
