Job Description

Role PurposeThe Brand Lead role is focused on driving the brand growth strategy for our portfolio/therapy areas. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and execution of centralized marketing strategies across a broad, multi-country territory, ensuring alignment with local teams and business objectives. As a key leader within the Central Marketing function, you will serve as the strategic guardian of the assigned brands/therapy area, shaping its direction across markets, leading cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring consistent, impactful messaging and positioning at a regional scale.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the central brand strategy for the assigned Therapy Area, aligned with corporate objectives and local markets' needs.Develop and own the annual central brand plans, including strategic imperatives, tactical planning, KPIs, and budget oversight.Serve as the primary strategic point of contact between the central marketing function and in-market brand teams.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Central/Local Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial) to ensure brand growth consistency.Help to set and validate annual sales budgets and long-term plans for assigned products and assess performance accordingly.Train and guide the sales force with skills and innovative promotion for achieving commercial objectives.Full responsibility, management, tracking and reporting of territory approved A&.Drive the creation of core central assets, messaging, and campaign frameworks for adaptation across regions.Plan for new product launches, starting with prelaunch activities, successful launch and post-launch tracking and reporting.Provide knowledge and expertise to drive digital marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics in addition to direct-to-consumer campaigns, metrics and best practices.Continuously monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics to refine brand strategy.Interact with internal and external customers; KOLs, Hospitals and advertising agencies.Organize and attend local congresses/CMEs, launch events, and Standalone meetings.Support validation of “In-licensing” search and profiling opportunities, and fill the BD team with pipeline products per the company's strategy and long-term vision.Plan and implement capability and/or action to drive assigned products' performance.Plan and attend field visits in key markets to support commercial operations and oversee assigned brands' tactics execution.What We Look For In CandidatesAt Aspen, our culture is built on core values that drive our success and foster a supportive, innovative environment.
