<div><p><b>Job Title:</b>Wholesale Portfolio Risk Senior Manager</p><p><b>Division:</b>Risk</p><p><b>Location:</b>Riyadh</p><p><b>Working Hours:</b>8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)</p><h3>Core responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Portfolio Monitoring&Emerging Risks: Maintain a comprehensive view of wholesale portfolio performance and credit quality. Identify emerging or concentration risks driven by market, sectoral, or macroeconomic developments, and escalate these insights through appropriate governance forums with recommended policy or control responses.</li><li>Risk Reporting&Committee Submissions: Prepare and present regular risk reports, dashboards, and analysis to senior management and relevant committees, articulating key portfolio trends, risk drivers, and metrics. Draft and present papers for governance and approval committees where required.</li><li>Credit Policy Governance: Develop, maintain, and periodically update fit‑for‑purpose credit policies and procedures for Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR), ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory requirements, internal risk appetite, and industry best practices. Oversee full governance lifecycle, including approvals, version control, and periodic reviews.</li><li>Stakeholder Communication&Implementation: Ensure effective communication of policy changes to all relevant stakeholders, supporting consistent implementation across functions. Where required, conduct targeted awareness or training sessions to embed understanding and adherence to new or revised policies.</li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and supervisory expectations relating to wholesale credit and portfolio risk management.</li><li>Cross‑Functional Policy Review: Review and provide input on policies and procedures developed by other departments that have implications for wholesale credit risk, ensuring alignment with WCR frameworks and standards.</li><li>Audit&Assurance Coordination: Engage proactively with internal and external auditors, regulators, and other risk oversight functions. Address observations through effective action plans and recommend additional controls where needed to strengthen the risk framework.</li><li>Leadership&Team Development: Guide and mentor a more junior team of wholesale portfolio credit risk management professionals, promoting a high‑performance culture focused on analytical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Master's degree is preferred.</li><li>6–10 years of experience in wholesale credit risk, portfolio monitoring, or credit policy within banking or financial services.</li><li>Strong experience in risk reporting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to present insights to senior management and committees.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
