WELLHEAD SUPERVISOR

Primary Purpose of the Job Directs, coordinates and manages all wellhead activities including investigation and recommendation for the upstream operations related to WID (Well Integrity Dukhan) in the Dukhan field. Required Experience and Skills Minimum 7 years experience in the upstream 'downstream oil and gas industry with 5 years of proven Wellhead Installation experience. Proven work experience involving pressure testing equipment as per API standards of wellhead testing. Must have good understanding of flow lines and annulus bleed systems. Must be able to work in a multi-cultural environment. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally interact with a broad range of disciplines and levels within the company, including peers, field staff and senior. Capability to take firm decision action. Problem solving skills. Strong leadership skills with proven management. Well developed interpersonal, communication and Educational Qualifications Minimum of B. Sc in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.
