OverviewAl Mustaqbal Fiberglass Ind. LLC, a leading manufacturer of fiberglass and thermoplastic tanks, is seeking a BS EN 13067:2020 Certified Welder to join our production team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding and fabricating thermoplastic tanks (PP, PVDF, PVC), ensuring high-quality and precision in every project. You will be responsible for performing welding operations according to international standards, maintaining quality compliance, and supporting the continuous improvement of production processes.ResponsibilitiesPerform welding operations according to international standards, and specifically BS EN 13067:2020.Maintain quality compliance and support continuous improvement of production processes.Read, interpret technical drawings and fabrication details to guide welding and assembly.Prepare, assemble, and finish thermoplastic tanks (PP, PVDF, PVC) according to production plans.Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on welded joints.Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper calibration and condition.Support supervisors and engineers in optimizing production efficiency.RequirementsPerform welding of PP, PVDF, PVC and other thermoplastic materials.Follow BS EN 13067:2020 standards for welding procedures and quality control.Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication details.Prepare, assemble, and finish tanks according to production plans.Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on welded joints.Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper calibration and condition.Support supervisors and engineers in optimizing production efficiency.SkillsThermoplastic welding (PP, PVDF, PVC)Hot gas and extrusion welding techniquesTank fabrication and assemblyBlueprint and drawing interpretationQuality inspection and testingEquipment maintenance and safety complianceTeamwork and communication#J-18808-Ljbffr
