Welder job vacancy in Jabal-Ali UAEduties and responsibilities, qualifications, and salary & benefits.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Welder with a strong background in welding and fabrication to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder and will be expected to work with aluminum, steel, and stainless steel in the manufacturing of large and small projects. The successful candidate should have experience with MIG welding as well as other welding techniques.Duties and Responsibilities• Read blueprints, sketches or product specifications to determine the appropriate welding process• Fit and assemble parts using clamps, jigs and fixtures• Monitor the welding process to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion or expansion of material• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW)• Prepare all components for assembly before welding process has begun• Inspect welds to determine structural soundnessQualifications• High school diploma or equivalent• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Welder• Previous experience working with MIG/TIG/ARC Welders• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, principles involved in production of precision technical plans• Ability to read blueprints accurately• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.Salary & BenefitsThe salary for this position is 1500 AED per month.
