We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Welcomer to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Welcomer you will be the first point of contact for our guests creating a warm and personalized welcome experience in our vibrant multicultural environment. Your role is crucial in delivering our brands promise of exceptional hospitality and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process for all guests.Greet and welcome all guests with warmth professionalism and a genuine smileProvide personalized check-in and check-out experiencesAssist guests with inquiries directions and hotel informationOffer welcome beverages or amenities upon arrival based on guest status or preferencesCoordinate with Front Office Concierge and Guest Relations to ensure a seamless guest experienceMaintain a visible presence in the lobby and be readily available to assist or guide guestsPromote hotel services facilities and ongoing promotionsHandle guest feedback and resolve issues or escalate them appropriatelyEnsure guest preferences and special requests are recorded and communicated effectivelyMaintain a polished and professional appearance at all times in line with brand standardsAnticipate guest needs and offer relevant recommendations to enhance their stayQualifications : Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office or guest-facing role in a 4- or 5-star hotelHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plusWarm outgoing and service-oriented personalityAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of Dubai and its tourist attractionsBasic computer skills; familiarity with Opera or similar hotel management software is preferredFlexible to work in shifts including weekends and public holidaysPassion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesAdaptability to work in a multicultural environmentAttention to detail and ability to multitask efficientlyRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
