Wedding planner vacancy in Al-Rayyan QatarWedding Planner/CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Wedding Planner/Coordinator to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner/Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of wedding planning and ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly.Responsibilities:- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget- Recommend vendors and venues based on client preferences- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage payments- Create detailed timelines and schedules for each event- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all services are delivered as promised- Manage communication with clients throughout the planning process- Oversee setup and execution of events on the day of the wedding- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the eventRequirements:- Previous experience as a Wedding Planner/Coordinator is required- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a teamThis is a contract position, without accommodation provided.
