Wedding Planner (Malayalee) for English-Speaking Clients in Doha, QatarWe are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner for our company, you will be responsible for planning and executing weddings for English-speaking clients in the city. We particularly encourage Malayalee candidates to apply, as we believe they will be able to understand and cater to the cultural preferences of our clients.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding daySource and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, musicians, etc.Create detailed event timelines and budget plansCoordinate all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, decorations, catering, entertainment, etc.Ensure all vendors are delivering services as promised and troubleshoot any issues that may ariseProvide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire planning processKeep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide unique and creative ideas for weddingsRequirementsFluency in English is a must; knowledge of Malayalam is highly preferredProven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar roleStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of local vendors and venues is an advantageThis is a full-time position open to both male and female candidates.
