Wedding Planner Assistant – Al-Rayyan, QatarWe are seeking a motivated and organized Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an assistant to our experienced wedding planners, you will help plan and execute weddings for our clients. This is a part-time opportunity suitable for Egyptian individuals studying in Qatar.ResponsibilitiesAssist senior wedding planners in organizing and coordinating all aspects of weddings, including venue selection, décor, catering, entertainment, and transportationCommunicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special dayHelp create detailed timelines and schedules for each eventSource and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive prices and high-quality servicesAttend wedding rehearsals and assist with set-up on the day of the eventAssist with administrative tasks such as budget tracking and contract managementProvide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfactionRequirementsEgyptian nationality with valid residency permit in Qatar preferredNo English language skills required; ability to speak Arabic is a mustPrior experience in event planning or customer service is preferred but not requiredMust be able to work flexible hours including weekendsAbility to multitask and work well under pressureStrong organizational skills with great attention to detailWe offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, visa sponsorship, and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the wedding planning industry.
