Wedding Planner Assistant - Al-Rayyan, Qatar We are seeking a motivated and organized Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an assistant to our experienced wedding planners, you will help plan and execute weddings for our clients. This is a part-time opportunity suitable for Egyptian individuals studying in Qatar. Responsibilities Assist senior wedding planners in organizing and coordinating all aspects of weddings, including venue selection, décor, catering, entertainment, and transportation Communicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day Help create detailed timelines and schedules for each event Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive prices and high-quality services Attend wedding rehearsals and assist with set-up on the day of the event Assist with administrative tasks such as budget tracking and contract management Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction Requirements Egyptian nationality with valid residency permit in Qatar preferred No English language skills required; ability to speak Arabic is a must Prior experience in event planning or customer service is preferred but not required Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, visa sponsorship, and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the wedding planning industry.
