As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from venue selection to vendor management and day-of logistics. This position is based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their weddingResearch and recommend venues, vendors, and other services based on client's budget and styleNegotiate contracts and oversee all vendor paymentsCreate detailed wedding timelines and schedulesCoordinate with vendors to ensure all details are in place for the big dayOversee set-up, decorations, and other logistics on the day of the weddingManage any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the eventProvide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the planning processPreference will be given to Indian nationals who have their own visa and are able to provide accommodation.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planningStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and negotiation skillsCreative thinking with the ability to bring unique ideas to lifeAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededIf you have a passion for creating beautiful weddings and love working with people from different cultures, we would love for you to join our team!#J-18808-Ljbffr
