OverviewWedding PlannerAs a wedding planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning all aspects of a wedding, from the initial consultation with the client to the execution of the event. This includes working closely with the couple to understand their vision and preferences, creating a budget and timeline, sourcing and coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring all details are executed flawlessly on the day of the wedding.ResponsibilitiesMeeting with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding and understand their preferencesCreating a budget and timeline for the weddingSourcing and coordinating with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, and musiciansAssisting with contract negotiations and ensuring all necessary permits are obtainedOverseeing logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and venue setupManaging guest lists and RSVPsProviding guidance on etiquette and traditions related to weddingsEnsuring all details are executed flawlessly on the day of the weddingHandling any last-minute issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the weddingQualificationsPrevious experience in event planning or coordination is preferredKnowledge of different cultural wedding traditions is a plusStrong project management skillsExcellent communication skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailAbility to work well under pressureCreative problem-solving abilitiesCompensation and LocationThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1600$, along with accommodation. City: Doha, Qatar. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities. English language proficiency is preferred but not required.
