Wedding Planner Vacancy in Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings for our clients. This is a contract job with a salary of $1300 per month, and accommodation will be provided.Responsibilities:Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirementsResearch and recommend vendors for various services such as catering, decorations, entertainment, etc.Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding dayCoordinate with vendors to ensure all services are provided as agreed uponAssist with selecting and booking venues for the ceremony and receptionAdvise clients on wedding etiquette and traditionsHandle all logistics including transportation, accommodations, and guest list managementManage the budget and make sure all expenses stay within the agreed upon amountCoordinate with the photographer/videographer to ensure proper coverage of the eventProvide on-site coordination during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothlyRequirements:At least 2 years of experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning/coordinationExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Strong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of local vendors and venues in Jeddah is preferredPassion for weddings and keeping up-to-date with current trends in the industryIf you are a creative problem-solver who loves working with people, we would love to have you join our team!
