You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs or usability issues, contributing to a seamless user experience.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in both manual and automated Quality Assurance testing, along with strong analytical skills and a passion for quality. Your role will involve executing test cases, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring compliance with specifications. Ultimately, your work will play a critical role in delivering reliable and high‑performing websites.What You’ll Be DoingReview and analyze system and website specifications.Collaborate with Developers to design and execute effective testing strategies and plans.Perform manual and automated test cases and analyze results.Evaluate website code and functionality for compliance with specifications.Maintain detailed logs of testing phases, including identified defects.Document, track, and report bugs and errors to development teams.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues throughout the website lifecycle.Conduct thorough post‑release and post‑implementation testing to ensure quality standards are met.Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality is maintained across the website development lifecycle.Role RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role, with expertise in both manual and automated testing.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and project management practices.Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing practices (preferred).Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors effectively.Hands‑on experience with test management tools (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and basic SQL knowledge.Ability to analyze and build an automation framework from scratch based on the existing codebase.Familiarity with Postman, and performance testing tools like JMeter or similar.Experience with localization and responsive testing tools is a strong advantage.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Analytical mindset and aptitude for problem‑solving.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Why Join Us?Work with an industry‑leading global financial institution.Competitive salary and comprehensive employee benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.Commitment to innovation and professional excellence.Become part of our international community at MultiBank Group, dedicated to excellence, innovation, and shaping the future of finance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
