Optimization Consultant – Container Terminal OperationsLocationIdeal Tech, DubaiOverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Optimization Consultant to help terminals improve performance through data, process excellence, and smart automation.ResponsibilitiesDrive process improvement and efficiency across terminal operations.Analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.Configure and support optimization modules such as Expert Decking, Auto Stow, Prime Route, ASC Scheduler, and Horizontal Transport SchedulerWork closely with terminal teams to enhance productivity, reduce turnaround times, and lower operating costsMentor control room users and conduct workshops to strengthen understanding of optimization tools.Define and track KPIs to measure performance improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Navis N4, XPS, and ECN4 systemsHands-on experience with manual and automated terminal operations.Familiarity with automation interfaces (YCS, HT, QCs, RTGs, RMGs).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with diverse teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
