This includes optimizing end-to-end processes, driving digital and regulatory change, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering strategic projects in alignment with business goals.Key Responsibilities of Wealth Operations & Projects and TransformationLead and support transformation initiatives across Wealth Operations (investments, client onboarding, account servicing, etc.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitizationManage end-to-end delivery of operational projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are metCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Technology, Product, Front Office) to define requirements and implement solutionsSupport regulatory change projects (e.g., FATCA, CRS, MiFID, AML/KYC updates)Prepare project documentation including business cases, impact assessments, and project plansTrack KPIs and ensure successful implementation and adoption of changesEnsure risk, control, and compliance frameworks are adhered to across operationsQualification Required for Wealth Operations & Projects and TransformationBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field10+ years’ experience in Wealth Management Operations or Project/Change ManagementStrong understanding of investment products, client lifecycle, and regulatory requirementsProven experience managing cross-functional projectsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Company BioDicetek LLC is a global IT solutions and services company headquartered in Dubai, UAE.
