Job Description

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Define and ensure compliance with the safe and healthy work environment (QSHE) including SOPs Workinstructions Check List and Statutory requirements in operation.</p><p>Manage people processes and systems to ensure goods are received stored and dispatched appropriately and that productivity targets are met.</p><p>Responsible for all actively related to warehouses in UAE.</p><p>Ensures smooth shifting of Raw Materials for production without any delay.</p><p>Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.</p><p>Leading the warehouse team&direct reporting of Supervisors Floor Operations personnel.</p><p>Plan work rosters assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.</p><p>Prepare and present various status reports for senior management and other stakeholders to enable effective decision making.</p><p>Communicate and co-ordinate on improvement of storage and operations.</p><p>Responsible for stock accuracy system vs Actual through weekly reconciliation.</p><p>Liaising with crossfunctional team.</p><p>Auditee for any requirements on warehouse&related subjects.</p><p>Responsible for annual stock count plan&execution.</p><p>Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.</p><p>QA/QC</p><p>Ensure compliance with the companys Quality Integrated Management and Environmental Health&Safety Management Systems. Implement good safety practices.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification of at least 5 years experience with proven track record in the related field.</li><li>Computer literate on MS Office applications.</li><li>Work experience in warehouse logistic area with supervisory experience.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We offer competitive salaries aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
