About the job Warehouse Supervisor (Riyadh) Job Description: Neweast Isuzu is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management systems (preferably LFS) and will be responsible for ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods while maintaining accurate inventory levels. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth andefficient activities.Lead a team of warehouse staff and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company procedures.Ensure accurate stock levels and perform regular inventory checks to avoid discrepancies.Implement and maintain warehouse layout and organization to optimize storage space and improve workflow.Monitor the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper handling and compliance with safety regulations.Manage warehouse documentation, including receipts, delivery notes, and inventory reports.Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and machinery.Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, and sales) to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.Use LFS (Logistics and Warehouse Management Software) or similar systems to manage inventory, track orders, and generate reports.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse management, with preference given to candidates with experience in WMS ( Warehouse Management System).supervising a team of minimum 10 employees.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.Englishlanguage with advantage of Arabic.immediate joining preferable.Preferer to be in Saudi ArabiaReady to Lead Our Warehouse Team?If you have the experience and skills to effectively manage a warehouse and ensure smooth operations, apply today to join Neweast Isuzu as a Warehouse Supervisor.
