Qualifications required for this role include: - An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a warehouse or logistics setting. - Strong understanding of warehouse operations, best practices in inventory management, and comprehensive safety procedures. - Technical proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
